Facility Use Inquiry
Thank you for your interest in using the facilities of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
God has entrusted these facilities to Our Savior's Lutheran Church for the worship of His name, the proclamation of the Gospel, the making of disciples, and service to our neighbors. We are grateful for opportunities to share our facilities with individuals and organizations whose activities are consistent with—and not contrary to—the mission, ministry, Christian witness, and Statement of Faith of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
Submission of this inquiry does not reserve facilities or constitute approval. Every request is reviewed individually by church leadership in accordance with the Facility Use Policy of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
Before You Submit
Please note the following:
- Ministries of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and Our Savior's Christian School receive first priority in the use of all facilities.
- Facility use requests are reviewed individually.
- Submission of this inquiry does not guarantee approval.
- Approved events may require a signed Facility Use Agreement.
- Proof of insurance may be required depending on the nature of the event.
- Applicable fees or security deposits may apply.
- Activities must remain consistent with—and not contrary to—the mission, ministry, Christian witness, and Statement of Faith of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
- Requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow adequate time for review.
