Facility Use Inquiry
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church is grateful to steward a facility that serves both our congregation and, when appropriate, members of the wider community. We consider requests from individuals and organizations whose activities align with our mission and values. Submission of this form constitutes an inquiry only and does not guarantee approval. All requests are prayerfully reviewed by church leadership.
Before submitting a request, please note the following:
- Events must not conflict with scheduled worship services, church ministries, or school activities.
- All activities must be consistent with the beliefs and mission of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church.
- A certificate of insurance may be required prior to final approval.
- A signed Facility Use Agreement and applicable fee schedule may apply.
- Alcohol, illegal substances, and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on church property.
We appreciate your understanding as we seek to steward our facilities faithfully for the glory of God and the service of His people.
